CONDITIONS FOR USING THE LOGO

Gourmet’s International GmbH allows the downloading and use of the logo for the following purposes:

1. For press releases, articles, reviews, advertising texts in the interest of Gourmet’s International GmbH and its activities;
2. For use on the company website for communication, advertising, and circulation of the activities of Gourmet’s International GmbH with the link www.meranwinefestival.com ;
3. For use by secretaries and independent organising companies (printing, reviews, Internet) for events which work together with the organisation of Gourmet’s International GmbH; 4. For use by the exhibitors, entrepeneurs, buyers etc, for binding use with events of Gourmet’s International GmbH.

For the publication on Internet websites, the logos must have a sensitive link.

For extra use of the logo of Gourmet’s International GmbH, permission is required from Gourmet’s International GmbH (press@gourmetsi.com ).

With the exception of the above mentioned uses, Gourmet’s International GmbH prohibits the use of their logo for the following uses:

1. illegal use and illegal propoganda for activities that run in contrary to the above mentioned activities and have no approval from Gourmet’s International GmbH;
2. direct or indirect use of the logo for imitation, unlawful acquisition and slander of the picture and the activities of Gourmet’s International as well as deception of the exhibitor, the entrepreneur and the visitors of the exhibition organised by Gourmet’s International GmbH;
3. Use of phrases such as “In collaboration with Gourmet’s International GmbH“ and/or “Activities and events by Gourmet’s International GmbH ” or other similar forms that suggest a partnership with Gourmet’s International GmbH that was not previously arranged and authorised.

Those who misuse the logo, infringe on the above mentioned rules or use them illegaly or in a misleading manner will be taken to court by Gourmet’s International GmbH and charged with direct and indirect compensation.
