Castel Kallmünz Meran

We are happy to inform you that bio&dynamica will be taking place for the 4th time this year on Friday 7th November and Saturday 8th November 2008 in the rooms of the Castel Kallmünz in Meran as part of the Meran International WineFestival.
Together with Caroline Pobitzer, and Jan Hendrik Erbach, Gourmet’s International will, this year, be presenting 80 biological and biodynamical wineries from Italy and other countries.
The rooms of the Castel Kallmünz  have been specially chosen for this event as they are near to the Kurhaus in Meran where the WineFestival will take place.
The philosophy of the event is the same as the criteria for the Meran International WineFestival & Culinaria and rests on the selection of the high quality of the wines.
