Red wines, white wines and sparkling wines (11°alcohol), as well as Lambrusco, with an alcohol content of 10,5°. Grown in numerous communities in the province of Emilia-Romagna.
Lambrusco contains at least 85% of the grape varieties Lambrusco Marani, Montericco, Maestri and Sorbara with possible adition of Ancellotta or Malbo Gentile; the Lambrusco Salamino contains 85% Salamino with possible addition of Ancellotta, Marani, Sorbara or Malbo Gentile; the red wines contain 50-60% Ancellotta and Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marzemino; the sparkling white wines contain Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino, Lambrusco Montericco, Lambrusco di Sorbara and Malbo Gentile.

Red and white wines made from at least 85% Fortana, Merlot and Sauvignon; white wines are made from Trebbiano Romagnolo, Sauvignon and Malvasia Bianca di Candia. Grown in 6 communities in the province of Ferrara and 2 in the province of Ravenna.

Colli di Scandiano e di Canossa DOC

Mainly dry red, white and rosè wines made from 85% of each grape variety, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Lambrusco Grasparossa, Lambrusco Montericco Rosato, Lambrusco Montericco Rosso, Malvasia (from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica), Malbo Gentile, Marzemino and Sauvignon. The Pinot is made exclusively from Pinot Bianco and/or white Pinot Nero. Many wines are also produced as Abboccato, Amabile, Dolce, sparkling wines or Passito. Grown in the towns of Scandiano and Canossa as well as 12 communities in the province of Reggio Emilia.

Red wines made from the Sangiovese, Refosco Terrano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Montepulciano and Barbera grapes and white wines from the Trebbiano, Albana, Bombino Bianco, and Chardonnay grapes. Grown in 17 communities in the provinces of Forli and Cesena.
