The second stage of the Merano WineFestival & Gourmet EuroTour 2009 will take place on 11th May 2009 in Vienna.

The Palais Niederösterreich www.palais-niederoesterreich.at  is situated in the heart of the magnificent capital of Austria will be home to the 5th edition of Gourmet’s Italia Vienna. The late Gothic Palais has always been the stage for many historical events.

Eighty Italian quality wine and gastronomy producers chosen by the committees of Gourmet’s International in Meran will be taking part in this renowned wine tasting event in Austria under the motto “Made in Italy da gustare”.

The afternoon will start with an opening conference followed by an exhibition of products and guided wine tasting.
The event is organised in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Austria www.italcham.at  and is aimed at trade visitors as well as the trade press, wine lovers and gourmets.

The Region Campania with Mistery Apple Communication present wine producers with autochthon wines and typical culinary delicacies of the region prepared by a well known chef during the show cooking.
