Cooking Farm

The Cooking Farm is a fusion between show cooking and talk show, a bland between traditional styles and contemporary innovation.
Four different topics will be presented by rekowned chefs, master chefs and South Tyrolean countrywomen.

  • 10th November: Fermented Food
  • 11th – 12th November: Tradition and Innovation come face to face
  • 13th November: Performance of the 18 cooks rewarded with the Godio Award 1994-2017
  • 14th November: Culinary Creations accompanied by Champagne
